Adeel is a development macroeconomist who completed his doctorate at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar. He holds the Globe Fellowship at the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies.

Talha is a lecturer in Materials Science and a Junior Research Fellow at the Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford. He works at the intersection of academia and industry, serving as a Fellow and a Chartered Engineer at the IMechE. He is also the co-founded of the OPP.
