Application for the OPP Graduate Studentships Programme 2026
Please read these guidelines carefully before filling out this electronic application form. OPP Graduate Studentships are only available for on-course students at the University of Oxford. If you are NOT an on-course student and are instead an offer holder, please refer instead to the OPP Graduate Scholarships Programme, details for which are on the OPP website.
The deadline for applying to the OPP Graduate Studentships Programme for the academic year 2025-26 is 23:59pm (GMT) on Sunday 15 February 2026.
Applicants must be Pakistani nationals (residing in Pakistan) or British Pakistani.
Applicants must be reading for a Master’s, MPhil or DPhil degree. Doctoral students must have completed their transfer of status although, in some cases, preference may be shown to those who have completed their confirmation of status.
Successful applicants will need to be in residence for the academic year 2025-26 and should be prepared to volunteer some of their time to support the OPP during Trinity Term.
The OPP Scholarship Committee considers both academic merit and financial need in awarding studentships.
Applicants must demonstrate their desire to contribute to Pakistan’s development through impactful research and public engagement.
The maximum advertised studentship award may be split between applicants.
Applicants should complete this form and request a letter of support from their supervisor indicating their academic progress.
