The Mission
This transformative initiative will enable gifted students from the province to pursue graduate studies at the University of Oxford. Consistent with OPP's founding mission, this scheme directly addresses regional underrepresentation by creating a dedicated pathway for talented individuals from Sindh. Through this initiative, the OPP seeks to elevate aspirations, foster academic excellence, and strengthen the pipeline of future leaders from historically underserved regions.
Eligibility Criteria

Domicile
Residents of Sindh, Pakistan, with a valid CNIC and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) from Sindh.

Education
Have completed at least an undergraduate degree from a public or private university in Pakistan.

Programme Level
Hold an admission offer for a graduate (MPhil, Master's) or doctoral (DPhil) programme at the University of Oxford.
"The OPP Scholarship Committee will review applications based on academic excellence and financial need, with a preference for those whose studies have direct relevance to the development of Sindh or Pakistan."
