The 2026 application portal closed on 19 April 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly by the OPP team. The next cycle is expected to open in December 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pakistani National domiciled in Pakistan.
- Secured an offer for a full-time Master's or DPhil at Oxford.
- Open to all genders, with a preference for female applicants.
- Demonstrated academic excellence and leadership potential.
- Evidence of financial need and commitment to serving Pakistan.
